We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
You will not be charged if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations or 100% for no shows.

Dress comfortably for your appointment.
Refrain from consuming caffeine on the day of your visit.
Please arrive on time and no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Kindly wait in our designated areas until your session.
In case of a last minute emergency, please communicate with our staff as soon as possible.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a "no show," and the card on file will be charged the full service amount.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the well-being of our staff and other client
