Policies

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

    You will not be charged if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations or 100% for no shows.

  • New Clients need to fill out the intake form prior their first appointment.

Spa Etiquette

  • Dress comfortably for your appointment.

  • Refrain from consuming caffeine on the day of your visit.

  • Please arrive on time and no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Kindly wait in our designated areas until your session.

  • In case of a last minute emergency, please communicate with our staff as soon as possible.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a "no show," and the card on file will be charged the full service amount.

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the well-being of our staff and other client
